VIC Pipe distributors Series RV
In case of the VIC distributor RF series, it involves pipe headers which are employed in cold water and hot water systems as supply and return-flow distributors.
The distributors of the RV-F37 series are produced from steel pipe, in accordance with DIN 2448 / 1629 in St. 37-2 (S235JRG2), and are suitable for temperatures up to 120°C.
Distributors of the RV-F35 series are produced from steel pipe, in accordance with D2448 / 17175 in St. 35 8/1, and are suitable for temperatures up to 250°C.
In case of the RV-F37 series, the flanged nozzles are inserted into the distribution pipe, and in case of the RV-F35 series the flanged nozzles are attached on the distribution pipe. The heights and separation distances of the flanged nozzles are variable and can be arranged according to customer specifications.
If no specifications are provided with the order, the flanged nozzle heights and separations are designed as default according to VIC factory standard in regard to height and separation distance. The separation distances of approx. 150 mm between the flanges are selected so that, with utilization of insulation with 50 mm thickness, a space of 50 mm remains between the insulation.
The delivery of the VIC distributor of the RV-F37 series and RV-F35 series is implemented in carbon steel implementation and externally primed.
As corrosion protection, the distributors can be hot-dip-galvanized and supplied in stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) or in stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A).
All distributors of VIC can be supplied with individual TUEV certification, insofar as this is necessary.
